You can request deletion of your Mirai Skin account and associated personal data here, without installing the app.
What happens next
Sign in to confirm which account belongs to you, then submit your request. Our team aims to complete verified requests within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and provide updated timing. We will confirm completion through your verified account email. Submitting a request does not mean your account has already been deleted.
Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Submitting this request does not itself cancel active orders. Completed Shopify erasure may cancel subscriptions and preauthorized payments. Favorites and routines stored only on your phone remain on that phone.
